Job Description

Designation - Sales supervisor

Educational qualification: 10th pass and above

Location - North India

Salary package - Upto 2 Lpa + Other benefits

Eligibility Criteria:

FMCG experience (2 years minimum)
Sales mindset
Android Phone
Age below 30, Male
Good Communication Skills

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Responsible for achievement of Primary & Secondary sales target

2. Responsible for completing the daily calls as per the beat plan

3. Responsible for infrastructure development for distribution - Sub stockist/RDS for Supply/T3 towns

4. Responsible for focusing on range selling and achieving the desired productivity

5. Ensure development of wholesale and retail channel

6. Ensure placement of our brands as per norm and ensure adherence to visibility norms at the outlets

7. Operate the approved scheme in the market and maximize the sales using the schemes

8. Responsible for maintenance of proper hygiene in the market –Claims, Expiry etc.

9. Reporting of daily sales to Sales Supervisor

10. Ensuring a proper inventory management, distribution & Re-distribution so that orders are procured and supplied on time

11. Reporting of Sales as per company's requirement"
