1. Manage and develop sales skills of team members, provide encouragement to team members including communicating team goals.
2. Ensure high level of Customer Satisfaction, provides quality client service, including interacting with customers, answering client enquiries and effectively handling clients to convert them from prospective to final sale.
3. Conducting team meetings to see gap between targets and achievements and device ways to achieve the same within deadlines.
QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS:
1. Bachelor's degree.
2. Minimum 2 years of working experience in sales.
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills( English and Hindi both).
