Managing Samples to be sent to Customers through Couriers & documentation in MS Office. Knowledge of Emails & MS - Office.

Assisting the Sample Manager in sending Samples through Couriers & maintain Inward/ Outward Register.

Responsible for the maintenance, management and replenishment of the samples both in showroom and stockroom area.

Pick, input and dispatch sample requests for delivery to the customer.

Responsible for the posting of all samples.

Handling of emails and phone calls relating to sample, stock, price and product requests including timely and courteous replies. Being able to find alternatives and solutions for customers.

Ensure all orders are sent to customers in a timely manner
