7+ years of experience in SAP BASIS/Security Administration including one or more of the following SAP components like SAP Business Suite, BW, BPC,PO, Solution Manager, CPI-DS and SAP cloud applications like SAP IBP, SAP Hybris.

• Advise on technical implementation standards and requirements as well as system configuration and design
• Actively participate in SAP infrastructure design including server, storage, high availability and disaster recovery capabilities.
• Advise on technical setup of new interfaces including connectivity in conjunction with the EAI team and other functional team members
• Advise on Support Stack strategy
• Advise on capacity management topics
• Serving as a knowledge resource for SAP Business Suite, SAP BW 7.4, Solution Manager 7.2, Enterprise Portals capabilities, SAP cloud solutions as well as SAP best practices.
• New Printer set-up in projects
• Configuring connectivity (RFC’s, firewall requests)
• Updating and ensuring correct SAP Gui are distributed by infra team
• Instruct project team on design principles, release procedures, transport procedures
• Support SAP landscape strategy thru client copies and system refreshes
• Prepare formal project documentation including specifications, requirements summaries, logical systems design documents, state diagrams and test scripts
• Monitor, analyze and identify trends for system performance and resource utilization
• Follow-up system monitoring and housekeeping and initiating next steps with functional teams if needed
• Assist, solve and escalate technical issues
• Assist in change control, incident response and testing processes for Infrastructure changes or problems across the SAP landscape
