 Responsible for creating article and material codes.

 Utilized SAP module for creating purchase and service orders in OPEX and CAPEX servers.

 Managed processing of vendor invoices, ensuring inclusion of certified BOQ or store confirmations

as service supports.

 Experienced in vendor master tasks such as creating material master, purchasing info record, and

vendor master records.

 Involved in defining paymentterms and accounting groups.

 Managed vendor code creation and oversaw sourcing, registration, and qualification of prospective

suppliers.

 Handled requestfor quotations, maintained quotations, processed comparisons, and selected best

prices.

 Negotiated agreements with primary suppliers and periodically renewed pricelists and terms.

 Initiated purchase orders in alignment with purchase requisitions and standard procedures.

 Confirmed delivery with suppliers and monitored supplier performance.

 Expertise in handling contracts, scheduling agreements, purchase orders, goods movements,

inventory control, and invoice verifications through SAP.

 Managed materials and goods receipt notes after delivery.

 Validated AMC vendor quarterly service reports with bills and processed bills with goods receipt
