Role Summary
Saks Cloud Services is looking for Sr Integration Engineer to join the newly formed Integration Services team. In this role you will be responsible for architecting, building and managing the integration platforms, process, deployments, and defining the frameworks utilized for integration for the company.
Roles & Responsibilities:
l Drive the strategic vision for data integration across all applicable areas
l Drive the highest levels of customer service and stability
l Monitor the environment to proactively identify, troubleshoot and resolve issues
l Conduct root cause analysis to identify and resolve complex problems impacting service levels
l Configure alerts on the system to identify issues before they cause system outages.
l Define and manage integration services including ETL integration, Streaming and Rest based services.
l Foster technical and procedural excellence within the IT department for all systems and processes
l Coordinate with other IT departments to facilitate requirements, objectives, and manage Incidents
l Define and implement data and integration standards across the enterprise
l Roadmap and Implement necessary products and processes to keep integration platforms current, stable, and secure
l Focus on automation of data and integration needs across the enterprise
l Participate in after-hours escalations and maintenance as needed
l Partner with IT management and internal customers to communicate and implement necessary changes to keep the integration environments current, stable, and secure
Required Qualifications (Minimum Requirements):
l 4+ years of proven information technology experience as an integration professional with a focus on industry standards and best practices
l Extensive SSIS & ETL Development experience is a must
l 4+ years of experience building and maintaining SSIS Package integration platforms
l Design, develop, and support projects with SSIS in traditional relational databases (SQL Server, SSIS, SSRS & MSBI),
l Experience working with different sources such as XML,ODBC,CDC,
l Strong Knowledge with wide variety of Transformation Categories such as Business Intelligence, Split And Join,Row, Row-Set, Business Intelligence and Other Transformations
l Experience working with SSIS Packages and different Transformations such as Sort, Merge join, Conditional Split, Data Conversion , Derived Column, Lookup,Merge,Union all, multicast, Audit,SCD,export.
Preferred Qualifications (nice to haves):
l Experience with Informatica is bonus
l Knowledge of networking concepts and AWS
