Senior Executive/Executive Job Opportunity At Indian Institute of Technology Delhi  on purely contract basis 

Senior Executive/01 Post

Minimum Qualification / Experience: Graduate Degree with at least 05 year s experi ence in the actual conduct of meetings/ examinations and/or adequate experience of supervisory work in a Govt. office or in educational Institution or in business organization of repute.

In case of Accounts/ Cash: Graduate of a recogni zed University. At least 05 years of work experience, out of which at least 02 years in the field of fundamental & Supp. Rules, Accounts Code, GPF Rules, Rules of Central Govt., Taxation issues including income Tax, GST etc. and statutory compliances related to accounting in an Organization. Has passed an accounting exam such as subord inate accounts service, costing, etc. Good working knowl edge of Tally and/or other such accounting software. Excellent Communication (written as language are essential for the position . well as oral) skills in English 

Desirable: Knowledge of Office Procedures, rules and regulations generally operative in Govt. office or in Educational Institutions including experience in handl ing work in connection with meetings and conferences. Good working knowledge of computer including CRM software. Demonstrable exper ience of havinq worked and delivered in a established accounting office for a medium to large organization. newly Demonstrable experience in issues relating to statutory compliances particularly related to accounting issues involved in Donations, Foreign Exchange and Taxation etc. In view of the specific needs of the unit, preference will be given to candidates havinq experience in the field of fund generation, Alumni relationships and related events planning and execution etc.

Age Limit: Not above 40 years (as on date of Interview)

Consolidated salary: Rs. 45,000 - 62,000 per month

OR Post Graduate degree in Management! Journal ism or such field and at least 01 year work experi ence in a Govt. office or in educational Institution or in business organi zation of repute.

In case of Accounts/ Cash: Graduate degree preferably Commerce with at least 03 years relevant work experience in a Govt. office or in educational In stitution or in business organization of repute. In view of the specific needs of the unit, preference will be given to candidates havinq experience in the field of fund generation, Alumni relationsh ips and related events planning and execution, Designing of Newsletters/ Presentation s on related software, Excellent Excel skillsworking knowledge of popular CRM software etc…

Age Limit: Not above 37 years (as on date of Interview)

 

Consolidated salary: Rs. 36,000¬ 51,000 per month
