Responsibilities and Duties

Plan and ensure the months’ goals on Fresh Collection & Registrations – portal-wise.
Create Media Plan & calendar of advertisements.
Create and / or plan marketing and FO material required for the forthcoming month(s).
Create BTL plan, and plans for Fresh Database Acquisition for the month(s).
Create and manage daily / weekly targets on Es, Rs & Fresh Collections.
Plan fresh launch plan for the forthcoming month(s) with the Management.
Plan and ensure sales review, analysed the E#R, and work out a contingency plan to meet any gaps in targets.
Ensure Fresh Batch launches getting filled appropriately.
Ensure Institutional / Corporate Sales targets and met for the Month(s).
Responsible for overall Business Development Activities

Key Skills
Pleasing personality, good communication skills and strong flair for Sales. He/She should be able to communicate fluently in English, Telugu and Hindi. Go-getters attitude with ability to meet challenging targets.
