• Developing standardized AI/ML models to optimize customer engagement and agent performance across all our customers using various Python frameworks and AWS services (Transcribe, Comprehend, Sagemaker, etc.)
• Deploying cutting-edge, tech-enablement services on top of the AWS ecosystem, including microservices and serverless architecture, CI/CD pipelines, event notification services, search services, multi-tenant architecture and lots more.

We have strong backgrounds in computer science, math and engineering from top universities such as IIT, Harvard and Yale. About You
We are looking for a dedicated and mission-oriented Senior IT Ops Engineer.
You Will

• Handle Cloud and OnPrem Operations based on a defined service list, that includes but not limited to, Installations, scaling servers, migrating customer environments, solving infrastructure issues, taking backups, etc....
• Write scripts to provision cloud resources and manage implementation automation.
• Implement and maintain backup and recovery solution for customers' cloud computing resources
• Design and manage infrastructure security policies.
• Identify new security threats by conducting vulnerability assessments; evaluate and recommend procedures used to mitigate risks
• Redesign or refresh existing solutions to realign and meet our ever-changing business needs
• Handle any on premise or cloud related requests as necessary
• Perform other job functions as assigned.

Your Experience

• Proficiency and Proven Hands-on experience AWS Services; EC2, CloudFormation, VPC, ELB, AWS Security, S3, RDS, EBS, ECS.
• Experience in rearchitecting on-premise highly available systems and migrate them to AWS infra.
• Experience with Terraform
• Experience with CentOS/Amazon Linux - 4+ years
• Experience with Windows Systems Administration - 4+ years
• Experience with Cloud collaboration solutions
• Knowledge of Asterisk telephony system a plus
• Excellent knowledge in Operations Automation scripting, like PowerShell/Linux Shell
• Experience in deploying Java-based Web Applications, Tomcat, Apache HTTP, etc...
• Experience in Administrating DB Servers, MySQL and MS SQL
• Strong analysis and troubleshooting skills and experience.
• Experience in monitoring, metrics collection, and reporting using open source tools.
• AWS Certification is a big plus, AWS Certified Solution Architect/ AWS Certified SysOps Engineer.
• Container Based Hosting experience using Docker and AWS Container Service is a great plus.
• Experience in IT standards such as ITIL, PCI or ISO 27001.
