This position is for Recruiter SME based at a client location in Pune/Bengaluru.
Your Key Responsibilities will be :- Source the right technical talent for the client.- Understand the hiring manager expectations from the candidates & create a talent pipeline- Retain all the data associated with recruitment to provide insights on a timely basis- Schedule & Coordinate interviews- Manage applications through various sources like Job boards, LinkedIn, Github, etc.
Our Expectations:- Onboard 3 candidates every month- Solve the customer problem by understanding their pattern- Increase brand visibility on the candidate community

Skills Required: 
Hands-on experience in IT end-to-end recruitment, domestic hiring, active & passive sourcing, screening, interviewing, stakeholder management, headhunting, client management, RPO, managing 20-30 closures in a year, result-oriented, passionate, ready to learn & unlearn, etc.
