• Responsible for setting up best technical practices for
Automation |

features in UAT and production environment |
Responsible for resolving technical changes wrt to NICE tool |
• Coordination between the development team and the product team
and RnD with the product team for the the new/additional features required in
the tool |
• Reviewing the new development code and the enhancement code
from optimization and coding standards perspective |
• Suggesting optimizations in the exiting processes |
