·         Scrutinize the database for the suitable candidates.

·         Interacting with the clients to assimilate the requirement and profile of the position.

·         Interacting with the candidates for the updated information to match up the requirements.

·         Arrange the interviews of candidates with the clients.

·         Handle all administration activities and maintain the databank.

·         Co-ordinate with the clients and take the feedback till the final placement.

·         Maintain mutual relationship for the future requirements.
