Solar production has an overall experience of over 200+ Solar Power Plant installations across the country over the past decade. All our systems and projects are designed and integrated as per guidelines of the Ministry of New & Renewable Energy (MNRE) and also the global best practices.

Role and responsibilities-

Purpose of the role-

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Associate in West Bengal at KSL Cleantech Limited. The Sales Associate will ensure that the goals and objectives are met through generating leads using strategy, meeting potential clients.

Responsibilities-

· Manage and lead the team, also track and monitor the progress.

· Generate new leads of potential clients from existing and new databases.

· Follow up with potential leads and coordinate with internal departments to ensure that information is updated.

· Make sure that the conversations are well structured and communication is appropriate with strategies involved so that it leads to successful closure of leads.

· Regularly send marketing material or presentation to prospective clients.

· Engage in Email or WhatsApp marketing, cold calling.

· Run analytics to ensure better conversion of enquiries

Qualifications-

Required Qualification-

· Graduation is a compulsion

· Preferably in English/BBA

Skills-

· Good communication

· Target achiever

· Presentation

· Multi-tasking

Experience-

Required experience-

Minimum 4 years of proven experience as Sales Associate/Executive for Solar, B2B, Enterprise Sales, Furniture or Furnishing, Banking, Corporate Sales, Industrial machinery

Working Structure-Days- 6 days working

(Monday to Saturday-1st and 3rd ) Timings- 10 a.m. to 06:30 p.m.
