Your Role and ResponsibilitiesWhat are the top responsibilities of this role?
- Operating System & HW troubleshooting, Desktop / laptop patch updating. Network Co-ordination Services-Hands & Feet Support
Provide telephone support and remote support through tool as and when needed
Total desktop in scope Applications support, Mobile handsets mail configuration & troubleshooting
Vendor co-ordination in terms of Call logging, tracking and closure for OEM calls pertain to hardware.
Ensure that IT Policy and Security policies are adhered to and managed effectively. Certain reports will be required for ensuring regular compliance checks.
IMAC – Installation of desktop/Laptop/Printers/scanners/MFPs as per the defined IT process, SOE (Standard operating Environment) and check off list.

IBM Mobility and Workplace Services team
We are stationed at Customer location (Thomson Reuters) at Bangalore having a committed responsibility of catering uninterrupted service of 24x5 desk side support at 2 distinct locations to a targeted audience of 5500 end users.
Required Technical and Professional ExpertiseMust have good knowledge with Operating Systems (windows 7 & 10) & HW troubleshooting, Desktop / laptop patch update
Must have knowledge on O365 environment.
Must be capable of analyzing network related issues and providing Hands & Feet Support to network / voice support team.
Good knowledge with handled devices configuration and troubleshooting
Good communication skills to work closely with SDM at Client location.
Preferred Technical and Professional ExpertiseHybrid environment in Cloud computing.
Deliverables are not only restricted to Desk side roles supporting 5500 end users but also to support events which has leadership visibility such as Customer EXPO event (at Client Location),Hosting customer Client visit event.
Develop the capability of handling VVIP support with Skill set of Win 10, image testing, O365, handling project request and collaborate with global teams as this a global account.
