Job Description:

Duties and Responsibilities of SEO:

·         Initial Analysis and Research

·         On-Page Implementation (Title, Meta, Heading, Image Alt Tag, Sitemap Creation, Keyword Density Optimization, URL Mapping, Webmaster & Analytics setup etc..)

·         Off – Page optimization

·         Link Building

·         High PR site search and submissions

·         Article/Bookmarking/Classified/Blog/Forum/Profile Creation/PDF & PPT Creation, Web 2.0 etc.

·         SEO Reporting & Quality Check

Requirements:

·         Should have experience with the international projects. (Mandatory)

·         Experience with Shopping Cart would be a plus point.

·         Past experience ideally on a lead role is plus.

·         Proactive – results-focused, initiative-taker, creative thinker and dynamic team player.

·         Strong analytics background with expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel & web analytics tools.

·         Strong verbal and written communication skills.

·         Comfortable working on multiple projects and meeting tight timelines.

·         Expert in link building strategy and deployment.

·         Expert knowledge of both past and present SEO best practices, resources and industry tools.

·         Strong knowledge of PPC, social media & related digital channels with impact on SEO is plus.

·         Experience with conversion rate optimization.

·         Background with internet programming languages such as: HTML, HTML5, CSS, XML, PHP, ASP, AJAX, JavaScript & related technologies. 

·         Server-side bug fixing skills

·         Monitoring site traffic and ranking of Keywords.

·         On page-Off page optimization skill

·         Submission strategy, planning and budgeting.

·         Key candidates should also have experience working in highly competitive markets and should be able to demonstrate a clear and proven SEO process based on many years of learning and hands on experience.

·         Any graduate degree in business, marketing, computer science or related field.

·         Minimum of 5 years of prior SEO experience would be a plus point.
