Qualification : 10+2+3 (Graduate / Diploma)      

Certification :MCP / Exchange Trained

Job Description :

  • Monitor, Administer, Troubleshoot Exchange Environment ( 2007/2010/2013 ).
  • Provide L1/L2/L3-Server Level of support for Email infrastructure hosted on Microsoft Exchange Server 2003/2007/2010/2013, O365
  • Hands on Experience on Microsoft Exchange 2007 & 2010
  • Troubleshoot and administer the Exchange Active Sync (EAS) environment
  • Manage Exchange Load Balancer
  • Performing successfully configuration changes to the infrastructure within the defined maintenance schedules. E.g. OS and Application Patches, Roll-Ups, Upgrades, etc.
  • Perform duties such as Setting up Mailboxes, Device Enrollments / Mailbox Restorations - Disaster Recovery / Redundant Environment Setup / Configuration / Administration  
  • Good Knowledge of Features  such as High Availability DAG, Clustering, Disaster Recovery, Auto-discover, Backups, Transport & Routing, etc.
  • Good Knowledge of Exchange-based messaging and collaboration availability and security; including those involving user accounts, shared folders/calendars, mailing lists, and Outlook Web Access.
  • Perform technical administrative tasks on a daily basis to ensure the stability and availability of Exchange servers, troubleshooting server, mail routing and replication related issues.
  • Responsible to implement policies, procedures, and technologies to ensure Exchange server security through secure access & monitoring, control, and routine security evaluations.
  • Manage Exchange database(s),antivirus applications, messaging filtering, and error log tracking.
  • Experience in supporting Exchange Active Sync (EAS) infrastructure through MDM products such as Blackberry, Good Mobile. To ensure successful mail & calendar sync on device.
  • Good Knowledge of Mobility solutions integration - Blackberry, ActiveSync, Airwatch
  • Good Knowledge on Migrating, upgrading and Transitioning of mailboxes to different environments/servers
  • Handle message queues and email delivery related issues in exchange environments
  • Public folder management
  • Exchange Backup and mailbox recovery
  • Should have experience/knowledge in Disaster Recovery situations
  • Exchange client configuration and troubleshooting (Outlook 2003, 2007, 2010)
  • Routing/ Mail Flow and Set up Installation concepts
  • Good ActiveSync troubleshooting knowledge
  • Troubleshoot issues both at the client (Microsoft outlook) and server side
