Server Admin - Lotus Notes

Locations:  Delhi NCR, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune, Ahmedabad, Mumbai, Kolkata

Qualification : 10+2+3 (Graduate / Diploma )

Certification :Trained

Experience : 3-5 Years  

Job Description :

  • Good understanding on Lotus Notes messaging environment
  • Good Understanding of Active Directory
  • Monitoring of Critical Mail application Parameters
  • Create, modify and delete mail boxes, mail box stores and DLs
  • Create, modify and delete mailboxes, distribution lists and contacts
  • Configure and manage connectors and connection documents
  • Manage message queues
  • Perform periodic mail performance tuning as per Customer’s policy
  • Adhere to checklists for mail maintenance as provided
  • Configure client access to SMTP services
  • Perform mailbox quota management
  • Perform compacting and cleaning of the mail databases
  • Configure client access to POP, IMAP and HTTP services and webmail as per the details provided by Customer
  • Configure message store quotas and partitions
  • Installation and Configuration of Lotus Domino Environment .
  • Utilizing Domino Attachment and Object Service
  • Management of  Lotus Domino Servers servers
  • Defining Domino attributes
  • Implementing Lotus Traveler
  • Installation and Troubleshooting Lotus Client
  • Performing IBM Domino crash and performance analysis.
  • Patch management
  • Knowledge of working with Lotus Scripting.
  • Maintaining and administering the Domino servers
  • Backups/ Restore of the DB files for every Lotus Notes app
  • Replication /Indexing/ Corruption/ Fix up issues on Databases, Failover of servers as and when needed etc)
