Job Description:

  • Recieve Calls/incidents  through Phone, Web,Email or Chat .
  • Log incidents in Ticketing tools and  share the ticket number with the user .
  • Route incidents between team and Follow till closure .
  • Basic experience of customer handling.
  • Provide First Level troubleshooting based on SOP's.
  • Basic knowledge of email , office automation package usage
  • ,Window's Desktop OS . 
  • Call Logging Logging, Tracking, Follow-up and Closure of calls.
  • Generation of Reports
