Job Description:

• Recieve Calls/incidents  through Phone, Web,Email or Chat .
• Log incidents in Ticketing tools and  share the ticket number with the user .
• Route incidents between team and Follow till closure.Good experience of customer handling.
• Advance knowledge of email , office automation package usage ,Window's Desktop OS . 
• Call Logging Logging, Tracking, Follow-up and Closure of calls.
• Generation of Reports .
• Perform Troubleshooting by Taking remote takeover of desktops .
• Knowledge of Remote Takeover tools . Handle Escalated Calls .
• Provide Feedback to Users .
