Creating & Managing Accounts & Permission in Microsoft Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP, etc.
Managing Disk space, Processor/ Memory/ Network/ process Utilization related to client/server Manage issues & logs files.
Handle and manage troubleshooting problem like network/file system/booting etc.
Wireless troubleshooting skills for office and home network users.
Installation & configuration of network products like Router & switches.
Hands-on experience with troubleshooting VPN issues (Cisco, Fortinet etc).
