The Technical Consultant is responsible for steering clients through an implementation of ServiceNow and platform integration. The ideal candidate will be proficient in communicating with technical and non-technical users and stakeholders, as well as establishing a cooperative relationship that delivers the best fit the unique needs of their business.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Working with project Manager on the Development and customization tasks
• Guiding customers through project to best suit their needs
• Responsible for scoping project requirements and deliverables with client
• Pinpointing project elements that are out of scope of established requirements
• Developing interfaces, platform automation and data delivered by a team of consultants
• Coordinate with team of consultants to deliver a cohesive solution
• Managing quality of service throughout project and upon completion
• Communicating issues and risks to appropriate team members
• ServiceNow configuration like Configuring Application UI, Customizing workflow configuration etc..
KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE - REQUIRED
• Experience 4-8 years’ experience of ServiceNow solution implementation.
• Must have Implementations experience of 4-5 on ITSM Service Implementations.
• Experience on 4-5 ServiceNow ITOM Implementation including Discovery, Event and Service Mapping Projects.
• Experience on 4-5 ServiceNow CMDB asset management.
• SNMP Discovery expertise to implement, troubleshoot, and develop discovery for network, storage, and other non-server devices into ServiceNow
• Experience working with on projects Implementation in ITOM module.
