5-8 years of industry experience in any support stream
Willing to work in 24X7 Support model on rotational shift basis
Strong knowledge of ITIL concepts. ITIL certification will be an added advantage.
Must have strong communication and coordination skills
Must have strong analytical sills to understand support needs and issues
Should be able to articulate issues
Must have ability to represent team in critical calls
Should be able to guide teams in critical situation
Hands on experience in Root cause analysis
