Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Developing, designing, monitoring, and distributing content across all digital platforms including blogs, press releases, social media, forums, and websites
2. Coordinating with ad-ops to formulate agreed upon media plans, according to cost, budget, and campaign delivery
3. Designing and sending digital newsletters and push notifications and ensuring media plans are running as scheduled
4. Helping manage the daily execution & optimization of organic/paid search, social, and display campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Google, and other digital platforms
5. Creating & driving strategy to build inbound traffic and improve conversions on the website, associate marketplace & apps
6. Conducting deep daily analysis to determine campaign effectiveness and identifying misses & opportunities
7. Building campaigns, conducting keyword & audience research review, editing ad creative/copy, and managing budgets/bids to maximize return across keywords & audiences
8. Auditing and QA campaign buildouts, settings, and structures to ensure nothing slipped through the cracks
9. Providing regular reporting and performance updates to communicate successes inconsistencies, underperformance, or any other campaign-related metrics
10. Continuously improving performance through testing, leveraging campaign analytics
11. Creating opportunities through staying current with new channels, software, tools and industry best practices
