Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Develop and execute a YouTube and social media marketing strategy that aligns with the organization's overall marketing objectives and brand guidelines
2. Create and manage YouTube channels for the organization including but not limited to uploading videos, optimizing video titles, descriptions, tags, and thumbnails
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (content creators, graphic designers, video editors, and social media managers) to develop and produce high-quality video content that aligns with the brand's voice, tone, and messaging
4. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media marketing and YouTube trends, features, and algorithm changes to optimize the organization's presence on the platform
5. Analyze and report on YouTube analytics data including views, watch time, engagement rate, and subscriber growth to identify areas of improvement and opportunities for growth
6. Connect with industry influencers for brand promotions and content creators to expand the organization's reach on YouTube and build meaningful partnerships that align with the brand's values and messaging
7. Conduct keyword research and develop SEO strategies to increase the visibility of the organization's YouTube channel and social media platforms
