Responsibilities

Interact with project management and development teams to develop a strong understanding of the project and testing objectives.
Requirement understanding and create test conditions and scripts to address business and technical use cases.
Document, track and escalate issues as appropriate, using tracker tools
Execute test cases and scripts and to produce detailed bug reporting.
Ensure for thorough regression testing through manual cases and automated scripts.
Produce summary reports on bugs and test execution.
Provide functional and usability suggestions for the applications.
Manage multiple projects concurrently and meet all testing deliverable deadlines.
Participate in troubleshooting and triaging of issues with different teams to drive towards root cause identification and resolution

Skills

Should have minimum of 2 years of experience in manual and automation testing.
Automation or Performance testing skills would add advantage.
Should have good Analytical, communication and reporting skills.
Should have good exposure and hands-on knowledge free ware automation testing tools like selenium and jmeter.
Should have strong exposure on SDLC & STLC concepts/processes.
Able to write test scenarios/test cases and execute them.
Experience with Test management and Defect Management tools.
Actively participate in evaluation and review software requirements with Business team.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced team environment with minimal supervision.
Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple, diverse projects simultaneously.
Must be flexible, independent and self-motivated

Academic And Professional Background

Graduate or any equivalent
