Job Description

  • Responsible for lead generation and counselling of candidates.
  • Will be responsible for BTL activities and networking in education institutes like colleges, coachingclasses, etc. to generate leads and maintain database of the same.
  • Responsible for handling walk-in, calling on data, follow up, generating leads and doing closure.
  • Will be responsible for monthly and yearly target allocated to him/ her for bulk sourcing.
  • This is a field job & requires frequent travelling depending upon the client/ organizational requirement
  • Will participate in job fair organized by colleges, employment exchanges or any other groups/ institutions/ associations, etc.
  • Should follow the recruitment process strictly defined by the client/ organization
  • Should maintain cordial relation with the channel partner, service provider, candidate and client to get continuous business
