Key Responsibilities:
1. Counselling students with all possible options in Study Abroad, based on requirement of the students and advising best possible Country.
2. Informing about the training services offered for study abroad with full details. Ensure higher conversion by being single point of interface with all students counselled.
3. Ensure benefits and advantages of enrolment are shared with student Support enrolment process
4. Address questions on Visa, travel arrangement, legal requirements, documents etc.
5. Coordinate with respective team for the Admission Services, Faculty Timings
6. Ensure good customer service & grievances management in consultation with Center Manager
7. Gather & Collate accurate client information on an enquiry form and timely updating on portal
8. Maintain inventory of students kit and ensure issuing to students as per process
9. Ensure conversion of from telephonic leads and referrals
10. Maintain confidentiality of data, Efficient & appropriate communication to students related batch details & timeliness
11. Pro actively up selling and cross selling relevant products
12. Managing Tele Caller team, with the walking. Updating and training the Tele Caller team about all products and services.
