Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with MBA from a recognized Business School preferred.

Possess strong Office Automation Product knowledge (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)

Previous Work Experience :

Should possess Product and Channel Management experience in a similar Business to Business Product company with relevant Building Controls industry experience. Prior experience of engaging with Channels and SI’s will be preferred.
Very strong general channel marketing skills (conducting VOCs/ OVOCs, market segmentation, competitive positioning, identifying customer needs and critical
success factors, developing value proposition and flawless execution of product launches).
Demonstrated ability to influence and direct resources across multiple functions ranging from engineering, marketing, quality, sourcing at the same time bringing an integrative thinking with demonstrated business acumen.
Identifying and understanding market and technology trends, and linking them to business strategy; strong aptitude for technology
Understanding of microeconomics and financial concepts and the link them to business strategy
Strong financial and excel modeling skills, and excellent power point slide preparation
Experience in conducting secondary and primary research; competitive analysis
