Job Description :
Achieving the Admission Target across all courses
Heading the entire Counselors team & assigned callers in terms of their KRAs, targets and day to day operations
Gathering periodic / monthly feedback from students across the courses regarding the quality of teaching and share the findings with management
Heading all the offline sales activities on a daily basis.
Ensuring smooth flow of lectures / Time tables
Coordinating and supporting the online branding and sales campaigns
Maintaining the facilities of the Office
Student fee collection / Parent Meeting / Counselling
Result-orientated and able to work under pressure to achieve targets
Excellent command of spoken and written English as well as the local language.
An ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, students and other members of the public of all age groups and social backgrounds.
Ability to learn on own initiative and research best study options for students.
