Job Description

    • Must have core IT recruitment experience in IT industry (corporate) only of 3 years
    • Must have an experience of working on job portals like Naukri, Monster etc
    • Must have an experience of IT hiring from professional social media channel i.e. Linkedin
    • Must be very good in searching the profiles from various sources as per the requirement.
    • Must be very good in screening the profiles as per requirement
    • Must have minimum 3 years of experience in handling face to face interviews in an IT company
    • Must have good experience in salary negotiation and releasing offer letters
    • Must be good in convincing
