Key responsibilities:
Independently lead Insights for our key Beverage Brand (Pepsi, Mountain Dew, 7Up and Sting) as well as owning the Continuous Brand tracking for the Beverage Business.
Lead interactions with ExCom, Category leads and Global Insights and Category Stakeholder as well as external partners to manage all Insights questions towards formulating a winning business plan for India Regio X Beverages.
Will need to also interact with Global beverage Insights team on global work on these brands and be able to independently share India/ Area country dy
Skills & Competencies:
Strong analytical skills and a proven track record in understanding consumer insights and business insights.
Experience of leading and driving multiple complex projects spanning different business and disciplines with a sharp customer-focus.
Sound problem identification, judgment, resolution and decision-making skills often in ambiguous situations.
Good understanding of the new methodology and the digital space
Managerial experience and demonstrated effectiveness and interest in leading, coordinating and developing colleagues from across a variety of disciplines in a complex organization.
High level of integrity, ownership and accountability
Ability to drive change and challenge the status quo.
Qualifications/Requirements:
Key skills – Branding and Communication understanding, Insight mining, Data synthesis, Ability to work with both qualitative (unstructured) and quantitative (structured) larger data sets to answer key business questions; Good at Excel, presentations and knowledge of any analytical data sets apart from frameworks for analysis.
