Job Description

Responsible for Managing 8 Projects simultaneously and ensuring that the execution is carried out in timely manner.
Ensuring that the team performs Day to Day activities on projects from study setup, questionnaire input, project handling, quality control and job Analysis.
Ensuring maximum Client satisfaction by timely revert to clients and vendors by the team.
Communicating with clients to understand their research needs and plan the deliverables as per the requirement.
Responsible to review, develop and manage detailed project plans, including schedules, cost estimates, resource plans, communication plans and discuss the same with the Leader for the approvals.
Managing all aspects of the project life cycle to facilitate the successful delivery like clients interaction, Vendor Management, Internal communication, timely invoicing.
Resource alignment - shifting workload or resources to cover the inevitable highs and lows.
Coordinating multiple Qualitative and Quantitative research sample recruitment plans and then manage the projects.
Delivering client needs/objectives as per project schedule and with the quality adherence.
