Requirement :-

1) Candidate with proven International exposure in sales & Business development only required to apply.

2) Must have current and previous work experience from Agro-chemicals (Pesticides, Fungicides, Herbicides, Insecticides and fertilizers) sectors  

Job details-

1) Develop business plan and strategy for multiple product line markets that ensures attainment of company international sales goals and profitability.

2) Proven international sales experience

3) Maintains accurate records of all international pricing, sales and activity reports.

4) Creates and conducts proposal presentations to dealers, customers.

5) Insures that all international sales personnel meet or exceed all activity standards for prospecting calls, appointments, presentations, proposals and closes.

6) Designs and recommends international sales and marketing programs.

7) Sets short- and long-term international sales strategies.

8) Must be aware of international variances in cultural and legal issues pertaining to sales.

9) Should be familiar with international Agri-business concepts, practices, and procedures.

10) Must work to develop and maintain international business contacts.

11) Coordinate all international sales efforts with our subsidiaries and agents. Manages and directs a sales force to achieve global sales and profit goals
