1) All Import documentation related to pre and post shipments especially handling LC documentation.

2) Managing Import customers through correspondence for the international market for documentation & International marketing.

3) Effective coordination of purchasing/ customers in respect of shipments/ documentation part.

4) Handling and scheduling complete export procedure from point of order receipt to material dispatch along with relevant documentation.

5) Strategize with the team and follow-ups with the vendors/ CHA/ customers for shipment & payments.

6) Strong negotiation skills with CHA & transport co. for best rates & service and should be able to meet deadlines/ target dates.

7) All export documents related to Import Benefits, License, Bank Correspondence, BRC, Excise, H forms, Focus, and DGFT licenses (FMS, Drawback, SHIS).

8) Daily basis follow-ups in terms of completion of the orders and meeting client requirements.

9) All correspondence with banks regarding export documentation submissions/ payments.
