Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against invoices and delivery notes
Maintain accurate stock records in physical registers and/or ERP systems
Ensure proper storage, labeling, and preservation of materials
Issue materials as per approved requisitions and maintain issue records
Conduct regular stock checks and assist in periodic stock audits
Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels and inform management for reordering
Coordinate with procurement, production, and accounts departments
