we are looking for Supervisor (Male) at Bandra (BKC).

Responsibilities and Duties

• Handling day to day operations at the guest house for which he needs to have a basic hotel management diploma /degree ,to understand his work scope better .
  
• He also needs to be well versed with computer to send regular updates to office.
  
• Maintaining petty cash and updating the same daily in the petty cash ledger with supporting bill copies and requesting for additional imprest amount for further use from office .
  
• Timely bill collections and payments to be done before deadlines.
  
• Weekly stock check of grocery and HK items and ordering for more as and when required .
  
• Coordinating with building maintenance team for daily maintenance snags.
  
• Communicating with guests and providing required information to make their stay comfortable. Also Looking into all their in household needs .
  
• Maintaining proper registers related to site . Highlighting all imp points /major expenses , incidents ,etc to the office on time.
  
• Proper coordination with client ref guest meals and other F and B services . Also needs to look into other basic in house services like, HK , laundry ,parties ,transport etc .
  
• Proper staff briefing and allocation of duties and guiding staff as and when required.
  
• Best efforts to control costs by checking daily food and HK item usage & their expenses.
  
• Regular check on AMC vendors to ensure timely service in their areas & take service reports.
  

• Qualification- Graduate or One year/Three years basic Hotel Management Diploma (Preferred) will help further as he needs to have basic knowledge of Food and Beverage service and room housekeeping.
  
• Job location- Bandra-Kurla Complex (BKC)
