Responsibilities:

• Manage projects, delivering high-quality results with autonomy and limited direction
• Analyze, troubleshoot and resolve critical systems issues and provide end-user training where required
• Work with Microsoft and other industry-based technologies in a maintenance/process improvement capacity
• Provides top tier Office365 support, including troubleshooting, problem ticket escalations, and end-user documentation
• Perform or assist in performing the configuration, staging, installation and ongoing
• support of on-premise and cloud server environments
• Maintain technical expertise and may have certifications in selected vendor products
• Investigate new technologies and present for consideration by corporate leadership
• Looks for efficiency gains and improvements in existing processes
• Provide mentorship and guidance to other staff members
• Acts as the go-to person for technical advice in your particular skillset
• Influence departmental decisions based on subject matter expertise and understanding business drivers
• Work with Cyber Security to ensure all security guidelines are being adhered to when standing up any new technologies or processes
• Assist in the management of corporate areas such as storage, VM environments, and Cisco phone system
• Other roles and responsibilities as assigned
