Roles & Responsibilities
Maintenance, Administration, Configuring, Monitoring and Troubleshooting of Windows 2012 /2016/2019 Servers. Providing L3/L2 support & troubleshooting in the Windows and VMware environment. Managing & Troubleshooting Active Directory on Server 2012/2016/2019 Coordination with Technical Support team (OEM & Partners) to resolve problems. Experience of working within a 24X7 environment Skills Familiar & Good Understanding of ITSM/ ITIL i.e. the process of change management, problem management, quality management and incident management. Basic Network knowledge on Switches & Routers Hands-on experience on different Virtualization platform & Versions -VMware/Citrix/Hyper V Hands-on Experience on Data Centre Operations
Hands-on Experience on Hyper-converged & VDI Technology Good to have Having good communication Skill (verbal and written),Analytical & problem-solving skills, Committed team player as well as an independent worker, Manage multiple tasks simultaneously
