About The Role
This position is within Wholesale Technology area for their Level 2 team supporting their Customer Due Diligence application.
As part of this team, you will be responsible to monitor application to ensure the application availability and stability, coordinate with various Business, Platform and vendor teams to ensure the deliverables are met within the Service Level Agreements.
This role is for an individual contributor who will be responsible to support the application at L2 capacity Attain excellent application knowledge - Technical and Functional, perform Application Health Checks, status reporting, work on User Requests, Improvement/Automation and other BAU responsibilities.
In addition, collaborate and follow up with Development teams and other Technology Partner teams to restore application from an outage (Incident Management) and perform Root Cause Analysis (Problem Management).
Team works in 2 shifts between 06:30 AM to 10:30 PM IST and provides weekend support on rotational basis.
Develop excellent application and functional knowledge
Work on User support tickets
Build effective documentation
Incident and Problem Management
Identify automation opportunities and implement
Monitor production environment
University degree (B.E. / B.Tech) in Technology.
Hands on experience of 6+ years in IBM BPM application support and/or Development
Hands on experience of 6+ years in Oracle or any other Database
Self-starter with good verbal and communication skills
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
IBM BPM and Integration Designer administration knowledge
Exposure to App Dynamics, Splunk, BMC Remedy, ITRS Geneos, Autosys, JIRA
Banking domain exposure primarily in Customer Due Diligence, KYC and AML
IBM Integration Designer integration knowledge with IBM BPM
Working knowledge of Micro-services and React JS will be added advantage
