Overview: This job role requires calling international candidates & understanding the need of the candidates, who are looking for a job or job change, to enroll for our Training and Marketing services, coordinate with cross-functional teams till the time the candidate is placed.

Job responsibilities:• Understanding the candidate profile and the domain by scrutinizing their resumes.• Understanding the candidates’ qualifications and job requirements before calling or pitching.• Explaining to them about our marketing service and how it will benefit them in their job search.• Follow up after regular intervals & resolving their queries, if any.• Need to always update himself about the US job market trends and about the frequent change in US Visas.• Coordinate with cross-functional teams i.e., training team, marketing team to resolve any issue the enrolled candidate is facing

Requirements:• Excellent communication skills.• Strong convincing power.• Attentive to details.• Able to meet aggressive deadlines / willing to work for targets.• Comfortable working with team members.• Out of the box thinking to resolve any ongoing issue with the candidate will be a plus.

Education:• Minimum Qualification: Bachelors (Any) or any equivalent degree

Experience:• 0 – 2 Years (Freshers are welcome)
