INTERN - TALENT ACQUISITION OPERATIONS

Talent Intern is an integral part of the Talent acquisition team. At GoodWorker, talent scouting is beyond just sourcing potential candidates. We are looking for fresh graduates who have zest and the zeal to change the way recruiting is approached and achieved. This is a full time Internship opportunity with the disruptor in Talent space. We are located in the most happening part of Bangalore i.e Koramangala.

What will you be expected to achieve in the next 90 days?

Help manage end to end recruitment process

Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews

Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System

Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates

Develop intelligence of the talent markets

Actively engage with potential employees and ensure the experience provided to them in their hiring journey is world class

Build a robust communication support system for Talent Acquisition team

Be the GoodWorker Talent Champion
What do we expect from you?

A curious mind and interest in research

Ability to be the handle and set up a smooth interview coordination and feedback system

Eye to identify and source excellent talent

Convert cold calls to engaging conversations and hence build qualified candidate pipelines

Willingness to think and act fast

Ability to talk to candidates and do a mindshare about vision of the company

Build and engage a talent community

Ability to manage multiple stakeholders

Maintain trackers and hiring metrics

Ability to participate and coordinate recruitment events (online and offline)
