The Taxation associate is a multifaceted role that combines responsibilities related to taxation, data analysis and interacting with customers.

This position will be responsible for handling all tax-related matters for diversified clients of eTaxMentor and serve clients, by interacting regularly & taking feedback.

The role requires a strong understanding of tax regulations, subject matters, excellent communication skills, technical skills, Data analysis and the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients.

Scope:

Scope of this work includes Direct & Indirect Indian Taxation, International Taxation, Taxation for Non - Residents, Prepare Tax Computations for Direct Taxation and filings, Tax Withholding, Pure agent etc.
The objective is to improve the NPS (Net Promoter Score) of each client.

Responsibilities:

Tax Compliance: Ensuring accurate and timely tax filings and adherence to tax laws and regulations.

Record Keeping: Maintaining organized and up-to-date tax-related records and documentation.

Tax Research: Conducting research on tax laws to stay updated on changes and compliance requirements.

Data Analysis: Analyzing tax data for reporting and identifying areas for potential tax optimization.

Process Improvement: Identifying and suggesting improvements to tax-related processes for efficiency.

Certifications: Need to prepare relevant Tax Certifications (15CB, 15CA etc) when and where required.

Documentation Support: Assisting in preparing necessary documents for tax audits and inquiries.

Customer Service: Providing support and answering customer inquiries related to taxation.

Learning and Development: Actively engaging in learning opportunities to grow tax knowledge and expertise. Update Laws regularly (Daily or as soon as possible).

Accuracy and Quality: Ensuring high accuracy and quality in all tax-related tasks and deliverables.

Compliance Monitoring: Monitoring compliance deadlines and ensuring timely submissions.

Confidentiality: Maintaining strict confidentiality of sensitive tax and financial information.

NPS (Net Promoter Score) - Measure and enhance customer loyalty and satisfaction.

Web User Interface: Design and develop intuitive and visually appealing web interfaces for optimal user experience.

Customer Interaction: Engaging with customers, addressing tax-related queries, and providing assistance.

Record Management: Maintaining accurate customer records with tax-related information.

Customer Satisfaction: Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.

Tax Knowledge: Developing knowledge of tax laws and regulations to offer accurate guidance.

Timely Response: Responding promptly to customer inquiries and concerns.

Feedback Collection: Gathering customer feedback to enhance services and processes.

Compliance Support: Assisting customers in meeting tax compliance requirements.

Team Collaboration: Collaborating with colleagues to enhance overall customer experience
