Job Role : Team leader
Responsibilities and Duties
Training : Up to 3 months
For experienced no training
Salary : Up to 56k during training ( for entire 3 months is based onperformance)15k to 30k per month post training.
Job Description : Have to clear face to face interview.After gettingselected have to undergo training for IRDA exam and a mandatorytraining as advisor and achieving certain specified targets. Postprobation will be promoted as Team Leader and have to recruit as wellas Managing and leading a team of employees.Motivates team members and assesses performance. Answers team memberquestions, helps with team member problems, and findouting whetherteam member is eligible to work for quality and guideline complianceCommunicates deadlines and sales goals to team members.Developing strategies to promote team member as per companyregulations and performance goals and Conducting team meetings toupdate team members on best practices .
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
Qualification - any degree
Experience - upto 2 years for freshers (2012-2018)batch
