Job Specification:
- Should be a Graduate.
- Proven Experience in handling and managing an Outbound Telemarketing/Sales Team
- In-depth knowledge of performance metrics.
- Should be passionate about conversing with students and parents effortlessly, mentoring them, should be patient with them and be an ace at customer service.
- Good Computer and Excel Skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Organizational and time-management skills
- Decision-making skills
- Degree in Management or training in team leading is an added advantage.
