WE ARE LOOKING FOR ANOTHER CHAMPION, A FULL-TIME TECHNICAL EXECUTIVE TO START IMMEDIATELY.
AN IDEAL CANDIDATE IS SOMEONE WHO CAN WORK
HARMONIOUSLY, PROACTIVELY, AND EFFECTIVELY WITH THE OTHER DEPARTMENTS OF THE COMPANY.
An awesome Tech Executive is someone who:
-has experience in working as an admin
-has strong computer literacy and a good knowledge of Google and Microsoft tools but is willing to learn various technical tools
-with strong teamwork background but can work independently with minimal micromanagement when needed
-is keen to details, focused, reliable and proactive
-is resilient and with a go-getter attitude
-with excellent written and spoken English communication skills
-respects company culture and diversity
-is able to work with tight deadlines, exercise sound judgment and work well under pressure
-is highly organized and can create proper documentation and follow set processes
-plans to work long-term
-has basic understanding and is familiar to use:
G-Suite tools
Zapier automation CRM tools
Tasks Involved:
-support the Technical Department in the organization, creation and documentation of processes required for the department to run with minimal breakdowns
-contribute to the smooth running of the technical administrative function within the business
-ensure that all the metrics set by the department are met
-ensure that the department adheres to their set objectives and results
-act as the project and task manager of the department members and tasks assigned to them
-provide the various admin support needed by the department and other departments of the company
-work closely with the department members in creating various checklists in order to address the issues of the different departments of the company
MUST BE ABLE TO WORK FROM HOME FULL TIME WITH A STABLE INTERNET CONNECTION
SALARY (non-negotiable) - $350 USD per month
