Designation: Tech Sales Associates
Handle inbound calls and troubleshoot issues on laptops and desktops.
Needs to understand the problem of the customer’s computer and give a resolution and also convince the customer to pay to get the computer fixed.
Desired Profile:
Must have experience in international tech support
Candidate needs to be convincing and communicative in English
Candidates needs to know how to take remote access
Candidates need to know how to close their own calls
