We are hiring for Technical Sales Associate (International Voice Process)
Experience Required

Salary: INR 1,50,000 – 3,00,000 P.A. + Fabulous Incentives

Responsibility:-                                                 

·         Knowledge on Internet troubleshooting

·         Need to Handle Inbound US Technical Support Calls.

·         Attending Inbound calls relating to Computer, Printers, Router, Email, Antivirus and Pop Up Issues.

·         Providing Technical Service's & Sell Warranty Plans.

Experience and criteria:-

·        Experience in International BPO for Tech Support (Sales)

·         Should be Comfortable with Night Shift

·         Must know to close calls and take payment.

·         Fluent in English.

Benefits:-

·         Fixed salary credited on 1st of every month + Incentives

·         24 casual leaves in a year + 15  comp off + Paid B'day leave

·         No extension of shift timing.
