Job Profile-
  • Candidate should have hands-on experience on implementing Contact / Call Centre Solution,  Dialer, ACD, IVR, Voice Recording/logger.
  • Good knowledge of SIP, IP telephony, VOIP, EPABX/ PBX, Unified Communication, E1 PRI, Voice Logger.
  • Strong knowledge of Operating  Systems (Windows, Unix/Linux),Databases (MS SQL Server, Oracle),Networking (TCP/IP, LAN).
  • Must have prior experience of installation & commissioning of Contact Centre software, IVR, PBX, CRM or IP telephony.
  • Should have strong communication, teamwork, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Prior experience on Altitude Solution will be preferred 

Job Description

  • Responsible for Installation & Commissioning of Solution 
  • To provide technical assistance and support to the Partners and customers  
  • Proactively keep the Customer updated and informed about the product & support process; 
  •  Provide Technical Consultancy & Support to the end Customer and Partners 
  • Need to communicate & work with Altitude HQ in Europe & other global teams.
  • Open for domestic & International travels.
