Earlier, we use to do hiring on a Sat but we very quickly realized that we will not be able to scale that way. Since we did not want to engage developer on a weekday, we decided to put together this job post. We are looking for techies, startup owners, freelancers who like to interview. Our onsite interview process requires folks to complete a well documented assignment. You will be provided an assignment evaluator guide with checkpoint as to how & when you are suppose to check with the candidate of the progress. You would also need to document & the template for that will be provided too.
If you like this idea, you need to come to our office & you get to shadow our developers for a day. Once both you & our team are comfortable, then you can continue the interview process yourself.
This would require you to dedicate at least 5 hours on a weekday. You will be interviewing 3-4 candidates simultaneously. You would need to come at least 2-3 days in a week.
