Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled professional who can work under pressure to meet project deadliness and should also possess outstanding man-management and good communication skills.
Primary responsibility would to co-ordinate with Management, Customers and Technical Team to ensure projects are on correct track and will meet deadlines and quality standards.
Ensure task assigned to technical teams are delivered on-time without bugs.
Manage resource workload and capacity to ensure tasks are being completed in a timely, but realistic manner.
Ensure man power resources are effectively utilized for tasks and appropriately assigned.
Verify that all work is completed correctly prior to delivering a finished product.
Contribute to best practices and documentation for tools and processes.
Collaborate with Production, Quality Control and Management/Clients to ensure projects are on schedule.
Suggest and implement means of improvement in the end-to-end process.
Handling multiple projects simultaneously and maintaining good relationship with Clients.
Monitoring of each technical team member work efficiency and reporting to team leader and team members for improvements.

Experience: Should have minimum 2 years experience as Technical Project Co-coordinator with a strong understanding of SDLC.

Job Location: Trivandrum

Pay Scale : As per Industry & Experience

Education: Any Graduates

Desired Candidate Profile:

Good understanding of Software Engineering and Project Flow.
Ability to work under pressure and to mount the pressure to the technical team in order to get the work done on time.
Should have the leadership quality to command the Technical team in order to ensure the quality and deadlines are as per standards.
Should be capable of providing technical directions to the technical team throughout the project.
Preference will be given to candidates having experience on Telecom/Travel/Finance/ERP domains.
Basic knowledge in any OOP Languages is an added advantages.
Good Managerially and analytic skills with outstanding communication and convincing skills in English (oral & written).
